GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprise Act requires all healthcare providers (including mental health therapists) to provide a Good Faith Estimate if you are un-insured or choose not to use your insurance coverage. The Good Faith Estimate is designed to give clients predictability in how much they will be charged for the healthcare services they will be receiving, prior to their appointment. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
Work with US
Our mission is to provide high-quality, individualized, and developmentally appropriate therapeutic services for all.
Through play therapy, children can express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills in a developmentally appropriate way.
For children experiencing anxiety, behavior challenges, trauma, or school and social difficulties, therapy can strengthen emotional regulation and support healthier coping.
During adolescence, therapy can help teens manage anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and life transitions while also building confidence and coping skills.
With parent coaching , caregivers can better understand behavior, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and feel more confident in supporting their child.
After distressing or overwhelming experiences, trauma therapy can help clients process what happened, reduce anxiety, and improve emotional regulation and day-to-day functioning.
Using EMDR therapy, clients can process trauma, distressing memories, and anxiety so those experiences feel less overwhelming over time.
With cognitive behavioral therapy, clients learn to identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical tools for coping more effectively.
For therapists, healthcare workers, and first responders, therapy can offer support for burnout, chronic stress, and secondary trauma.
When meeting in person is not the best fit, telehealth therapy offers secure online sessions so clients can access care from home.
Supervision and Consultation for Therapists
In addition to therapy services, Mighty Minds Therapy offers supervision and consultation for therapists seeking support with EMDR therapy, play therapy, trauma therapy, and work with children and families. These services are available to clinicians at different stages of their careers, including those working toward licensure or certification.
Consultation and supervision services may include EMDR consultation, TraumaPlay™ consultation, play therapy supervision, trauma consultation, and clinical supervision focused on professional growth and skill development.
